The Laird HIPWR-X4 series utilizing Neutrik 4-Pin XLR connectors and 16 gauge power cable, surely deliver the power. Designed for higher power applications with a current requirement of up to 10 Amps. Custom Lengths are always available. Often times adding camera accessories and or going further distances can cause increased current requirements or voltages drops that can stop the shoot. Designed with larger #16AWG conductors to maximize distance and reduce voltage drops, these new cables are perfect for longer length applications. Most off the shelf power cables use either #22AWG or #18AWG for the power handling in the cable. These heavy duty power cords can safely deliver higher current to your equipment at greater distances. To help solve higher current requirements and provide greater flexibility for operators, we have created the same type of higher power coiled cables.
