The Laird TUFFCAT-S series delivers a super rugged, flexible and shielded CAT5e cable for a field and on-location cable ruggedness you won't find anywhere else. Cables employ Canare's RJC5ES-4P-BS flexible and durable CAT5e STP cable which features stranded conductors and an overall braided shield. This cable provides superior flexibility for easy routing and repeated bending. The cable is officially tested and approved for EtherSound ES-100 audio transport. The Laird TUFFCAT-S is terminated with Platinum Tools Shielded RJ45 connectors which are built with a hi-lo stagger design to isolate each conductor at the point of termination making the end result a performance beyond enhanced Cat5e. All in all, the Laird TUFFCAT-S shielded cable provides a solution designed to avoid alien crosstalk interference. This CAT5e Ethernet cable is designed for 10BASE_TX, 100BASE_TX, and 1000BASE_TX anbd is officially tested and approved for EtherSound ES-100 audio transport!
